can sum body please tell me how to play dvds in divx without ripping them. i hav the divx codec. And does anyone know a site that has a free decoder for windows media player??? plz help
you can't. Divx and Xvid is a [bold]converted[/bold] file. You have to convert your DVD to divx to play it in divx. Which means you have to rip it. Xvid is free. If it doesn't work in windows media player to your liking, just use Media Player Classic. It is free also.
