Playing ISO backups....

    What is the easiest way to play an ISO backup without burning it to a DVD+-R? I just want to toss it on my HDD and play. I found one way http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/279935 but I was hoping there was a simpler drag and drop method or something...
