hi, my friend backed up a bluray for me as i have no blu ray drive on my pc, he gave me the files on a memory stick. i am puzzled as the video is in a foreign language (im not sure which) and i have separate .ac3 files with the other languages. is there a way i can merge the english audio with the video or even just play them at the same time without having to open two media apps and just trying to sync them using pause and play lol
    thanks

If the ac3 file is the same length as the existing audio, then use AVIDemux.

Load the video; File = > Open.
Click Audio => Main Track => Audio Source => choose 'External ac3'.
Browse to the ac3 file, load it and 'OK'.
File => Save => Save Video, give the new file a name and an extension, eg, newfile.avi and 'Save'.

hey thanks a lot for the information, worked a treat, seems it could be useful for removing unwanting tracks on some videos that have multiple on them already!
    anyways, thanks again =]
