I would like to buy a good inexpensive Road Bike I dont have much money. I just want a good Road Bike that will last me a long time. If you want me to name a price then $100 I know it seems dumb but hey there is lots of people out there that know a website or something I know it would have to be used

Craigslist? Also, check around at a few pawn shops...they will usually sell a bike real cheap if there are any imperfections in the paint...and I doubt you will mind a small scratch if it saves you $100.
