please help anyone who knows alot about svcds/vcds

    hi
    im really in need of some help. my problem is when i burn a vcd or svcd it wont play on my dvd player the files r in bin and cue formatt. i used to have an older version of nero and it use to re-encode my files to play on my dvd player but they were mainly avi formatt but i just cant get bin or cue files to even encode can anyone please help

    if were talkin a bin/cue image file well its not gonna be an avi it'll be a vcd/svcd image, so re-encoding is just a big waste of time. load up nero(even nero express if you want, its easier) then goto disc image or saved project, load up your cue file and burn away, seeing its a vcd/svcd your dvdplayer wont have a problem playing it(as long as your dvd player can handle those formats of course). if you want to extract the mpeg1/2 out of the bin heres a thread that'll help u out:

    There are a lot of older DVD players that won't play VCD's or SVCD's at all. Try the video in a real new DVD player and see what happens.
