please help bombardment with viruses

    hi,
    recently my computer is not installing serive pack 2, an error keep cmin up...is there any good firewall out there, i already have norton internet and virus protector. but those dont work to well.plz feel free to make suggestions

    get avg 7.0 free edition,spyware doctor,ccleaner,and zonealarm free firewall
