PLEASE HELP...Canon ZR65MC NTSC...Seeking Help Capturing

Well..

I posted a topic in DIGITAL Camcorders forum but I decided to try here as well...

Can someone please help me with Capturing with my Canon ZR65 MC NTSC??

I don't have a FireWire slot and I was wondering if it was possible to capture Via S-Video?? I also got a USB Cable with my Device But I heard that it won't transfer the video quality that I am looking for.

Or please give me some way to capture...I need it for school...
