Hey Everyone, I was wondering if I could get some help, I'm pretty much a newb when it comes to burning DVDs but I used to be able to do it no problem, now I keep getting the same failed message saying I'm using illegal discs, when I haven't changed the type of disc.

Here's the failed message I receive...

That firmware(BGS4) is not listed as standard for the burner.
Is your PC a Dell, HP, Gateway?? - perhaps the PC website has an update.

The only problem I see is the media -
Try a proven, reliable disk like 'Verbatim' brand and at least eliminate the media as being the cause.
