i know this is a avi to dvd forum but i cant find the opposite. i am attempting to save movies onto my hdd so that i may watch them from there. my concern is that after ripping dvd's they are around 3-6 gb. i would like to know how i can convert a video_ts into an avi/mpeg2 file so that i may save space on hdd. i have had someone put a few movies onto a dvd before and all i had to do was drag the file from the disc onto a folder in my movies section . the quality of te movies were still very good, and i want to do something similar to that . thank you for any help in advance .
