I have aquired a eurovox max 2006 blue model and all that is on the front of the display is the 2 dots that are normally in the middle of the clock, i have tried to download new firmware to it....but it wont do anything...it just keeps saying "waiting for response from receiver" Anyone have any ideas......or is the box just knackered?

treid it and still no joy......i think the box was a clone.....maybe it has just had it.....i was only trying to fix it up to give my sister......it is like power is going to the box but there is something wrong with the board inside......the only sign of life with the box is the 2 dots on the display......my other box at least comes up with a clock
