Hi i need serious help i got this mp4 player, its new its was working fine. Then all of a sudden the screen turn blue and said insert usb line to use usbdisk and i did that now it said press menu key to format i press menu key a window pops up on my computer but on my mp4 its saids usbdisk what im suppose to do now im stuck
Is it a brand name or a Chipod? Chipods are garbage made in China from junk parts, sold in such a way that they can't be returned. You can search for 'chipod' in this forum. You might be able to bring it back to life but it will probably die on you again.
