please help me ..having problems with counter strike source

    hey im having problems with my counter strike source which i just bought ....when i try to activate the cd key on steam it says it is a duplicate cd key..i hv allready exchanged th game 1ce from th shop but th same problem occured..
    IF ANY 1 KNOWS ANYTHING ABOUT HOW TO CURE THIS PROBLEM PLZ REPLY

    There is no cure.Contact the customer service department at valve.Steam has an online verification system so There is no way around it unless it happens to work somehow and it doesn't appear it will.

    No, you'll need to take it back to the shop or ask help from Valve...valve will most likey ignore you so take it back sayign the serial doesn't work and you want a NEW copied...it will only work if its NEW
