i have the emulator xsnesx emulator installed on my xbox and a dvd full of snes roms all ziped. when i place the dvd in xsnesx finds the dvd with the roms but will not launch any of the games i pick. for instance.. the roms look like this on the list....final fantasy II.smc.rar is there something im doing wrong? somebody please help me.please p.s. i almost forgot, i dont know if this will help anymore or not but the xsnesx emulator says V1.42 WIP JUNE 2004..thanx again
I don't know if this applies to the xbox, but it probably does... Most emulators are set up to run from ZIP files, but some emulators aren't. Yours might need to run from SMC. You can fix this by going into the emulator's options and telling it to play .zip files. Sorry if this doesn't help.
