please help me

hi there can anyone tell me whats happoened to my pc it was fine working ok next minute i went into the kitchen and now all thats happening is its rebooting the hole time? even when i try to start it in safe mode or anything it just gets as far as the microsoft screen then clicks back to reboot just before the blue screen comes up to start your desktop? ive managed to get a screen up which says " a problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer..IRQL-NOT-LESS-OREQUAL" SAYS TO START IN SAFE MODE BUT I CANT KEEPS REBOOTING AND ITS GOT TECH INFO STOP: OXOOOOOOOA (OXOOOOOOOO,0X0000001C,0X00000001,0X804FB03C)

CAN SOMEONE TELL ME WHAT MIGHT BE GOING ON CHEERS GUYS
