Hi all, I'm fairly new here, been lurking for a little while...
I am fixing my friends computer, and it keeps getting outerinfo popups. I have researched the information and tried everything in previous posts (adaware se, cwshredder, norton av, trend micro, spybot and the oiuninstaller).
I am just about at my witt's end. If anyone can help me, I would greatly appreciate it! Here is a copy of my hijack this log that I just ran. Thanks in advance for any help!

To completely remove Outerinfo, run the uninstaller from the site at http://www.outerinfo.com/howto.html. Click at the top where it says "Click here to uninstall Outerinfo". Hope this helps.

    Thanks OIHelp,

I've run that uninstaller numerous times to no avail. I'll try it again though. Thanks very much and merry xmas.
