The codes above led you into a hard lock because they were wrong. It will need to be unlocked directly using equipment at a shop.
It will have to be taken or sent to a cell phone repair shop that has the equipment for unlocking directly. Nokia isn't going to unlock the phone for you. www.iunlock.com is one place that will do it but you should have a local shop in your area. The code I gave you was correct but before you used what I had given, it was already hard locked.
