PLEASE HELP THIS IS PISSIN ME OFF!!

    ok so i just got a new computer and the first thing that i did is i downloaded some videos. when i went to play my videos they started to skip and they were really laggy. someone please help me this is pissing me off.

    P.S. i tried to shut down all my other programs but that didnt help.

    Whats the Specification of the PC that you have got as well as what is the name of the software that you are using to play the movie files?
