    Every time i try to watch any type of video using Windows Media Player 10, i always get a

    "Windows Media Player has encountered a problem and needs to close".

    For some reason, i also can't play videos on winamp. IT takes forever to use realplayer and sometimes it doesn't work. I also keep running virus scans to make sure its not some type of virus. I aslo reinstalled all of the programs, but it gives me the same message every time. CAN Someone please help me out?????

    Thanks.

    @jamal23

    I have the same program on one of my pc's. and i have all up to date xodecs. The problem is not the codecs but a sys error. u need to reformat. have not done that yet, but it needs to b done for the problem to b rectified. u should b able to play .wmv files though.
