Hey, I need to know how to burn dvd movies so that they will play on the xbox. I've asked a lot of people if it's possible without a mod chip and they just say "Yup, it's possible." but they don't tell me how! I've burned about 4 dvds on to Memorex dvd-r using dvd decrypter, ifoedit, and nero. And they all play on my standalone and PS2 but not my xbox it says "Unable to read disk..etc. etc." I've got a PIONEER DVD-R\RW-104 (ID:0 HA:1) whatever all that means and I'm using memorex dvd-r's and I just want to know if someone could tell me how to burn movies so the xbox will read them. (I'm not sure if my xbox has a Thompson drive or what) anyways, what media? What programs? how to? and etc.
I have 2 xboxes one modded one not modded and they both play back up dvds on memorex dvd+r without any problem i dunno why yours won't play maybe its the media type.
