please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Please could someone help. I was using the dvdxcopy express trial with my pioneer 106 and it worked fine. Now I have purchased the full version, when I copy it seems fine but when I try to play back I get this message

    code 890 30000
    unknown file format

    ??? I have tried everthing and wasted 12 disks in doing so

    You wasted money on DVDxCopy aswell (cos it is sh*t)
    Get a refund if your able & d/l DVD Decrypter (free) or DVD Shrink (also free)

    Then burn w/ favourite software (ie; Nero or RecordNow DX)
