Uh dude, try using DVD Shrink, and compress it to around 2.3 Gb's. And do that with another one, and burn both a DVD-R. I warn you however, that it will have extremely bad quality. (However, it is in the eyes of the beholder) When burning it to a DVD, burn it the slowest that you can to try and get a little bit more quality.

CD-R's? Oh man. I don't know if that would be such a smart idea bro. I would go with a DVD-R if anything man. Lot easier, and you'll have a lot more quality. Check my Guides out if you need help with Burning onto DVD-r's. Http://get-me.to/DVD
