Okay, i have never been a major on computer software,, and just two nights ago, my friend installed Microsoft Anti-Virus (dont ask me why,, my friend thinks anything with the words anti virus are good) so when he installed it,, he ran it,, it deleted some thing,, then it restarted his computer,, and it ran agian automatically before windows started,, then it was like ,, would you like to repair these files,, or delete,, he choose repair,, and then it siad were sorry, windows can not repair these files. delete? and he hit delete,, and he restarted it,, and then when he staretd up windows and he got to his desktop, nothing worked,, he couldnt even turn it off, and so i went into the system restore,, and tried to set it back a week ago,, didnt work same thing,, and after an hour of just trying differnt things like that, we finally decided to do system recovery,, i did it,, windows restarted and we had to enter all the info again,, and then the last step,, where you click finish,, it freezes.... and nothing happens... and now,, when ever we turn on the computer it goes to the last step,, and then when you click, it freezes,, and my friend is really really mad,, and i dont know what to do ,, please help
Its seems u got ureself in a pickle can u attempt to delete the so cold antivirus program. If you can not do it by goin in to windows normally, try safe mode. wose case senario there are 2 options formating the computer 2. installin windows on top of old windows and hope that it replaces the missing files.
