Please Help

    I could use some help, I've been trying to reactivate my paid copy of Anydvd for 2 days with no luck. I clicked on Anydvd reg. and in the "file type" it says AnyDVD Registration. In the "file name" box I've typed in key.anydvd like the FAQ on the Slysoft site said. I contacted them but they didn't get back to me yet. Can anyone help, I think I'm loosing my mind !!

    No I didn'try to call them, I'm in the US and I thought they were in Ireland. But I'll check.
