hello.. my ipods not updating.. the songs are on my library.. but the icon of my icon.. when u click on it.. and when it is supposed 2 show the songs that are on your ipod.. there are none.. there are none on my ipod as well.. the screen on my ipod is on "Do not disconnect" 24/7.. please.. if you know how 2 fix this.. please.. reply.. i am getting so frustrated..
this is a very easy problem to fix, and to do it you should first try to restore the ipod by using the ipod updater, as this fixes most of the ipod problems. If that doesnt work, try connecting your ipod, then open up itunes, go to edit, then prefferences, click on the "ipod" tab and then under then music tab, make sure the catagory "automatically update all playlists and songs" is checked.-That sould fix your problem. Post back if you have any trouble or if your iPod still isnt updating.
Yeah, do Waymon's second suggestion first, as this is the most probable of your problems and won't delete your music files, because restoring it will. ;-)
