please help.........

    i recently uninstalled zone alarm. Now when i go to delete the folder in program files, it says the following

    "cannot delete zvalscan.dll: access is denied.

    any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

    It's cos the program is running at the same time- if you want to remove the program then go to "Add/ Remove" under Control Panel and remove it from there, that's the normal way of uninstalling programs.

    i already did that dude, i know how to uninstall crap, thats not the problem.

    sorry man, but i honestly didnt know exactly where to put this. LOL that one link you provided is just one of 4 posts i made on this issue. i didnt know it was part of the rules.
