please is there anyone out there that knows alot about windows software, ok here goes i have windows xp pro, when i go into my documents, i can see all my files and im viewing them in tiles, but everytime i try to view them in thumbnail an error message comes up saying, windows explorer has encounted a problem and has to close?? ive run anti virus and all the other checks and nothing comes up?? please is there a setting on my pc that has changed, i will be forever gratful if ANYONE can help, thanks again hope to hear from someone soon, chris please can anyone help with this its a real pain
Try unticking "generate thumbnails" ,it can also be caused by corrupted avi or copy paste this into browser: explorer crashes when viewing thumbnails unsubbbed
