I see nothing that should cause such trouble but, it could be hiding. Go here http://free.grisoft.com/doc/1 and download AVG. Install and update. I see you have Ewido, make sure updates are up to date. Restart in safe mode(press F8 upon boot, select "Safe Mode" from menu). Run scans then restart in normaol mode. Let me know what either of them find, post a new HijackThis log after scans.
