pls help - motorola razr v3 - already have code to unlock phone

    I already have a code and instructions how to unlock my ATT/Cingular motorola RAZR V3 phone. I am supposed to use a sim card from another phone company in my phone during the unlocking process. However, I don't know which company I should use. I have just learned that Verizon cell phones don't have sim cards, and some other company don't use GSM like AT&T.

    Can you tell me what cell phone company I should use and whether I can go and buy a new sim card (inexpensive one with minimal minutes) from whatever company which will fit my phone. Thank you

    I have my att motorola razr v3 unlocked. The best compatible sim card from another company to use during the unlocking process is the T-mobile sim card. For people who want to know what the subsidy number is. It is the code number you type in to get the phone unlocked.
