I wasn't sure where to post this so i decided to post it here.....I bought my little girl one of those plug & play tv games....the scooby doo one for christmas....it takes batteries in the controller part plus needs to be plugged into the av jaks on the tv or vcr, Well it worked fine till like the next day and the screen started turning black and white and the picture started to distort like with lines and all...well we thought it was the game so we took it back and exchanged it for another exaxt one...well when we get home she starts playing it and 10 to 15 minutes into the game the same exact thing starts to happen. We had cheap batteries from dollar general in the thing so i said lets try some real batteries so i took some panasonic batteries out of the vcr controller and put them in the game now so far she has been playing it for like 10 minutes....My question is....could it have been the cheap batteries or no?

    Sounds logical ^^

I doubt you'd have got two faulty products in a row.
