plz help

ok this stupid i know but if i put a mod chip in my xbox and put a unlock harddrive that is all ready formated for a xbox will it work

 

How do you format the HDD? IT will work if you format in UNIX. Well we have a bunch of autoinstaller disks out there. You can download one. It has the option to format HDD.

First, The 8GB hard drive for $10 is expensive. And your xbox already has 8GB HDD. So why do buy that one? Why dont you use the HDD in your xbox?

I guess your xbox is not mod yet, is it right? So you will need a modchip like Xenium, X3, SmartXX. Then get a bios for it from #xbins. Then flash it to your chip. Meanwhile download autoinstaller follow the link below.

Then burn it to CD/DVD. Then boot up your xbox with flashed modchip, insert CD/DVD. It will show all the options include format the hard drive.

Note: the autoinstaller has bios inside too.
