i have 2 drive. benq 16x and pioneer DVD R-RW 106 D. I dont have both of the cd software to install them so now im stuck without been able to use them. waranty is over too. Do you guys know where to get them plz the cd software or driver not (firmware or update) thanx in advance.
You shouldn't need any. All you need is a burning app like Nero and maybe a viewing app like WinDVD or PowerDVD. All I've ever purchased is OEM drives - bare drive with no software.
Did you install them in a different pc? If so, what's the O/S? If running XP, they will install automatically. And if your looking for burning software and don't want to buy the full versions, check ebay for OEM versions.
