Possible to stream video from PC to TV through usb (dazzle)

    I have the dazzle video capture hardware that runs from the rca of a tv, dvd, or video game to the computer....you can see dvd on the computer....
    is there anyway to run video from the pc to a tv?? the way similar a xbox would??? any programs that would do it...software...etc...using the dazzle hardware i have?

    hey mate i have a samsung TV and the wire which i use to connect my pc mointor and computer unit connects into my TV and so then i can run it though my tv that way and my dvd player can record what i am doing etc but i can use my pc mointor as a tv anyways lol (the lead with the screws at either side not sure what it is called soz)
