   My Powerdvd cant play any DVD video , only display a black screen,
   but i can hear the audio,,,anyone help????

   You may only be missing some codecs. Try download and install K-Lite Codec Pack (full or mega version). It also comes with an all-purpose media player called Media Player Classic:
