Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone can help the stupid newbie here: I have downloaded a .daa file, tried using PowerISO and it only extracts 81% of the file, I went ahead with the extraction anyway, but the files are useless i.e. the exe only makes my system freeze. Burning produces the same result. Any suggestions? The file is around 577MB, I'm completely stumped.
I don't know whay that happend, if your daa is corrupt or what. Try converting the daa to an ISO, this way you will have more options to play with...mount it to an virtual drive, burn it to a cd... http://w-shadow.com/blog/2007/12/27/free-daa-to-iso-converter-gui/
I tried running the daa2iso app., got a screen flash, meaning error, so I guess the bloody .daa file is corrupt, thank you for the help, though.
If PowerIso itself is having problems extracting it, probably is corrupted. Sorry, don't know what else you could try, if there is a "daa fix" tool or something...I guess get another file.
Yeah, the only "fix" tool I found was Registry Booster, which I already have and have run, but no luck, thank you for the suggestion, though, I'll just try another download.
