I am making a small video using Premier, I can load all the avi files no problem, when I try to preview it in Premier the video hangs then jumps to another scene and keeps doing this. It burns fine, but I want to be able to edit and preview it before I burn. I know my computer is slow (Dell with Pentium 4, 2.80 Ghz, 512 Ram) If I get a better video card would this help? I don't have the funds right know to buy a new computer.
Hi, I have a Dell Pentium 4 3.2 ghz with 2 gbs of RAM. Install more Ram as this is the cheapest way to go.. If you don`t know what RAM memory cards goes int this computer contact Dell. The RAM should do it! At least 2 gbr even 3gb is better. I have 4 gb now. No problems useing Abobe Premiere Elements 3. Hope this helps? BIG AL
