Forgive me but I am also a newby at this DVD burning. I have the Premier elements vs 1.0 that I bought last year and am just getting around to trying to burn my first DVD. The project is VHS tape that I copied to digital tape in my Sony camera. Then transferred to computer disk. Using the Premier Elements I created the timeline of the movid. After finishing the timeline I started the DVD burn cycle. After 9 hours or so the Encoding finished but an error msg appeared and everything stopped. Nothing burned. I repeated the cycle but selected burning to a folder. Same problem. An error ended after the compiling media process completed and the burn to folder started. there was nothing generated in the folder. Is there something I should do differently to make this happen? Anyone know of fixes to the vs 1.0 that I need? Does Adobe provide fixes. Help.
