Premiere Pro 1.5 Support for Sony HC40?

    I recently bought Adobe Premiere Pro 1.5 and tried to capture video from my camcorder. However, Premiere does not recognize my camcorder (it does with my various other programs). I looked on their hardware support website and my Sony HC40 is not listed. It looks obvious that my camcorder cannot capture with Premiere, but it just seems odd because the HC40 is a fairly popular camera. Are there any plug-ins, etc. that can allow me to capture with Premiere Pro 1.5?

    As long as you use Firewire (not USB) to connect your camcorder, Premiere should recognize it.
