I can make a backup of the picture, but there is no sound. These are the only ones I've not been able to do. What is wrong? The message I get right before copying is "could not find preferred language. Please chose from the list below: and the only one listed is: Not Specified (Dolby AC-3 2ch 48 KBPS DRC") Windows XP, Sony DVD-RW
Can you select the Dolby AC-3 you mentioned? There are a variety of methods used to copy movies, what method are you using?
Yes, the only option (non-specified-dolby etc) is highlighted so I chose it. I am using DVD X Copy Platinum in the Simple mode. Thanks for replying.
P.S. One strange thing is that when the non-specified is highlighted, my mouse will not work on the OK button. I have to hit Enter instead to make the screen proceed.
