I recently reinstalled Windows XP Home on my HP Pavilion a450n, and now the printer isn't working. I tried reinstalling it but when the test page tried printing it didn't do anything. I don't know if I need new drivers or what, but I tried a driver update and that didn't do anything. Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks!
No, it's listed in other devices and just has a question mark for its logo. And, when I try to update the drivers it says it can't find the drivers to update. P.S. The printer is an HP PSC 2410.
disconnect the printer. uninstall the printer software if in add/remove programs. install the printer software & connect the printer when software tells you to.
