    Hi,
I have an EPSON stylus SX535WD all-in-one printer.
    It's brand new (no warranty).
It all works fine except it refuses to print on 4x6" (10x15cm) photo paper.
It prints on anything bigger, normal and photo.
The printer makes noise as though it's feeding paper but it doesn't actually do anything and i then get a paper jam error.
I've tried manually feeding the paper to no avail.

    Anybody have any suggestions?

    Thanks in advance.
    Jake

Try cleaning the feed roller with some Isopropyl alcohol or roller conditioner. It is probably to glazed to feed the paper.Check the troublshooting procedures in the owners manual.http://www.epson.co.uk/gb/en/viewcon/corporatesite/products/mainunits/support/11004

I've been through the manual and tried cleaning the rollers and it still doesn't feed the paper.

I managed to get it working by rolling a piece of paper length ways and pushing the paper when it tries to feed the paper. once it grabs the first piece it continues feeding automatically.

    Thanks
    Jake
