I have 2 HP printers I share with a COMPAQ pent 3 running xp pro. The all in one 710 and the all in one v40. Issue 1--- both printers are supposed to display a "OFFICE MANAGER" and "DIRECTOR" respectivly when the printer(s) are installed and/or when an original is placed in the ADF. Neither screen appears with either printer. I can not find these screens anywhere in the system to call up independantly. Issue 2-- for the 710, the printer is color but the properties screen says "COLOR:NO". I cannot find a way to change it. In the "MANAGER" there IS a choice for black/color, but the MANAGER is of course not there. The v40 has these choices on the front panel. Any solutions?
