I am having a problem with playback of dl video clips. About half the time I play one(or even hover over the file in explorer), I get an installer pop up that says Document Viewer. After a progress bar fills, it gives me a 'please insert Document viewer CD Rom' alert. I have no CD for this prg. Any suggestions? Thanks! It sounds like some piece of software, that is installed in the PC, thinks that it is the default for opening these video files. If you right click on the file, choose 'open with' then 'choose program' then select the program that you want to open it with and check the box that says 'always use the selected program to open this type of file'.
