first create a network on your computer
    start-control panel-network internet connection-create home network...
    after that turn on ICS
here is a tutorial on how to do that
    http://www.xtreme-source.com/showthread.php?t=879
    Internet Connection Sharing(ICS Tut)
also make sure your windows firewall is off....

its ok, i managed to connect my xbox.. besides i got bored get around forums..
i'm ok with the evox menu and everything.. but something goes wrong when i try to go to ms dashboard.. It loading and then showing me again the evox menu, it doesnt show any error, it just goes to the main screen of evox menu... is there something to do with the evox.ini?

i want to know about the latest xbox media player, and if its possible where i can find it..

i solved this too.. i change this to evox.ini:

Item "MS Dashboard","c:\msxboxdash.xbe" (in case for someone to ask)
the default was : Item "MS Dashboard","@3", in my case that didnt work.
