    Hey guys,

I'm new to this type of thing (and this forum) and wasn't sure which forum to post this to...

I have Windows XP, and decided to buy a video capture card, and got the Leadtek TV2000XP Card, and installed it... then the problems started. When Windows restarted after the installation there was an Error with Windows Messenger. I then tried to load up the Winfast PVR Software that came with the Card and that crashed. I then tried to load Adobe Premiere to see if I could capture the video from there and that crashed.

I've tried removing the WinFast PVR software and the problems are still occurring. I don't want to go messing around with drivers and software in case I make anything worse...

I posted this on the DVD Forum, then realised it should probably be here. I've used system restore and tried just downloading and isntalling hte drivers without software but it's just not happy at all.

Hopefully this info will be enough, and thanks in advance,

    Damian

    Hi there,

There are afew Leadtek threads which might be of some help to your problem. This is one of it http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/56969

If you couldn't fixe your problem, I would suggest that you seek Leadtek support at www.leadtek.com.tw please go to 'drivers & manual' and you will see an inquiry icon on the top left of the page for your technical enquiries.
