problem backing up new line dvd's

i've been backing up movies for only a short time and am having trouble with new line dvd's.tried rip it 4me,dvd decrypter,no luck with either.would appreciate any help,thanks.

 

try ANYDVD and DVD SHRINK it works every time for me : )
