I seem to be having a problem burning a rip I made with dvd shrink. I ripped and compressed the files of the dvd ok but when I burn them back to dvd+r the Nero 6.0.0.15 errors out. I get a message something along the lines of "Could not perform Disc-at-once function". It's seems to have burned all the files and kinda works when I play it in my burner, but won't play in tv top player. Any insight would be appreciated

What process do you use to burn the discs. Are you using the video mode, express mode, data mode? What kind of dvds are you writing (+/-r)to and with what kind of burner? And are you writing to a VIDEO_TS folder.

    Check out Oriphus' Nero guide.

Well it's obviously your DVD standalone player. If the disc plays on your PC there's nothing wrong with the burn. Either your standalone player does not play DVD+R discs or just doesn't like that brand of media. You will need to find out which it is by a process of elimination. Of course I'm assuming you have burned the disc in DVD video mode in the first place.

Discmania, my DVD standalone plays dvd's burned with dvdxcopy fine, it's just these ones that I get an error at the end of that won't work. Sorry about the delay response and thanks for the imput so far.

Maybe you should run the patch for Nero that is listed on the "news" section. That may be the problem. It may not help at all, just a suggestion.
