    umm i found my problem,in my bios usb was disable also i did search but it brought me there

    Don't forget if you want USB2 you need to install Service Pack 1 for XP (that's if your using XP)

    What browser are you using to try to download? I know that Firefox sometimes has problems. Try using explorer, unless you finally got it fixed.
