I want to put my home movies on to DVD but my problem is when I capture the video from my Sony Digi 8 camcorder the video never comes out right. It always looks pixelated even on the highest setting. I have tried MyDVD, Unlead Movie factory, and Pinnacle studio 7. They all come up with similar results. Pinnacle looks the best though. When I play back my movies on my tv through the camcorder it looks better than the dvd would. Hopefully somebody can help me with this.

Could it be your fire wire connection to the pc?

Sony puts out a decent program for capturing/editing which I've used called DVGate. Not sure if you can try that.
