Problem loading .avi & .mpg files

    I have an older version of Nero 6.3.1.12 that works fine on my XP operating system. When I installed the software on my new computer with Vista, I cannot get Nero to recognize any formats other than a Video TS Folder. What is going on here?

    only Nero 7+ is compatible with Vista
