The cd-key you used is not valid, because you downloaded it you did not get a valid key like you would in the shop, buying the game will help.

Obviously buying the game will help.

I really dont think that is what he was looking for.

I myself have not had much play with getting games to work online, but my little bro has had a TON! Every game I can think of pretty much, its crazy... anyway shoot him an email and maybe he can help you out man.

Well if he wants to play it so much then he should buy it instead of downloading it which is illegal.

I too have a problem playing online. I bought Madden 2006 because I wanted to play online. I even went out to buy a new network adapter. I have a modded ps2 w/ a dms3 chip so I place the chip in stealth mode b4 starting the game. Everytime I try to gt online I keep getting the same error. DNAS 881 a.k.a ps2 hardware incompatibility. What am I doing wrong???? Some one please help.

You do not have to buy the Madden game to be able to play it online, all you need to do is create a iso of the original game, if you have Madden 2005 or PGA Golf.. .just get the Disc ID from either of the two, use DisC ID Patcher and just patch up your copy ISO with the Disc number you got from Madden 2005 or PGA Golf.. you can even make up your own ID but would be better to use one that is already present on a Online game you may own already. Burn the ISO to the DVD and there you go.. you very own back up copy of Madden 2006 that plays online.

I have done this many times works 100%, and actually I pretty much use the same Disc ID key for all of my copied online games I have just make it easier to keep up with.

Once I back up the game to ISO. How do I copy that ID to the game?
Please can you provide a example on how to do this task.

Once you create the ISO with DVD Decrypter, you need to Use PS2Nfo Image Patcher to input a Disc ID number, you can get it from PS2Nfo.com I just used the same number from my 2005 game.. but I have also used one from Pga golf then patch image.. after it is patched.. you can burn the image back to the dvd.
